Ken Wolfe is a leading entrepreneur in healthcare IT and documentation services. Prior to founding NEED Physicians, Ken was the founder and CEO of Edaris Health, an innovator of electronic documentation solutions for emergency departments based on technology developed at Harvard-affiliated Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) in Boston.

Mr. Wolfe was also a founding partner of Kairos Partners I, II, III, a $150 million limited partnership investing in growth-oriented medical technologies. He also served as a Managing Director and head of the Global Private Placement Group at Morgan Stanley in New York.

Dr. Regan is an experienced Emergency Medicine physician. He has worked as an attending physician for over 14 years with administrative roles over the last 6 years.

Before joining NEED, Dr. Regan worked as an attending physician at Beth Israel Deaconess in Needham, MA. He has served as the Site Chief for St. Elizabeth's Medical Center in Boston in 2021-2022 and Chief of Emergency Medicine at Norwood Hospital 2020-2022, where he presided over the evacuation during its historical flooding.

Dr. Michael Roshon is a leading senior clinician who provides insight and first-hand user perspective for the design of effective client solutions for emergency physicians.

Dr. Roshon is currently Medical Director for the emergency department of the St. Francis Medical Center in Colorado Springs, and serves on the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP) National Reimbursement Committee and the ACEP Research Committee.

Kintu Shah has over 20 years of experience in healthcare technology — designing, developing, implementing and supporting numerous applications, including integrating healthcare records.

Mr. Shah has worked on in-house, proprietary and cloud-hosted systems.in diverse environments such as labs, blood banks, radiology, pathology, and phlebotomy as well as inpatient and outpatient clinical settings.
