Ken Wolfe, CEO
Prior to founding NEED, Ken was the founder and CEO of Edaris Health, an innovator of electronic documentation solutions for emergency departments based on technology developed at Harvard-affiliated Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) in Boston.
Mr. Wolfe was also a founding partner of Kairos Partners I, II, III, a $150 million limited partnership investing in growth-oriented medical technologies. He also served as a Managing Director and head of the Global Private Placement Group at Morgan Stanley.

Steve Grosse, M.D., Director, Business Development
Dr. Grosse is a leading senior clinician who oversees NEED’s business development efforts and is the Program Director for NEED’s EMPA program.
Dr. Grosse is a Board Certified in Emergency Medicine and works as an Associated Physician of Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians at Saint Vincent Medical Center.

Michael Roshon, M.D., PHD Director, Client Solutions
Dr. Roshon is a leading senior clinician who oversees the design of client solutions for effective on-boarding of emergency physicians.
Dr. Roshon is also currently Medical Director for the emergency department of the St.-Francis Medical Center In Colorado Springs, and serves on the American College of Emergency Physicians National Reimbursement Committee and the ACEP Research Committee.

Kintu Shah, Director, IT Operations
Kintu has over 20 years of experience in healthcare domain designing, developing, implementing, supporting, integrating healthcare records systems suitable for Labs, Blood Banks, Radiologists, Pathologists, Phlebotomist, inpatient and outpatient clinicians for both in-house or cloud-hosted systems.
